Flexible Payment Options
For the convenience of our families, CHA offers three payment options:

  • One Payment: All tuition is paid in full by June 1 prior to the school year beginning.
  • Three Payment Plan: Tuition is paid in three equal installments on June 1, September 1, and January 1.
  • Eleven Payment Plan: Tuition is paid in eleven equal installments from June 1 through April 1.

New Family Fee
A one-time $1,500 Legacy Fee will be assessed to all new families. This fee honors the commitments of the alumni and current families whose financial contributions and time volunteered helped purchase and renovate our campus, and continues to enrich our community.

Tuition Refund Plan
Because the financial commitment of enrollment is for an entire year, CHA offers a Tuition Refund Plan, which insures parents against limited liability for unpaid tuition in the event of early withdrawal.

Extended Day Care
The Extended Day Care (EDC) program is committed to furthering the children's experience with the CHA philosophy while meeting parents' need for quality child care. We recognize the distinction between school hours and the after school sessions; however we strive for continuity. As an extension of our day program, the CHA philosophy, policies and expectations for behavior and staff excellence are in effect during EDC. Excellence, positive communication, caring and conflict resolution are not just classroom catchwords. We encourage and support the practice of these principles during the after school program, as well as at home and in the community.

Morning childcare is available every school day morning from 8:00am-8:15am at no additional charge.

Afternoon childcare is available every school day morning from 3:00pm-6:00pm at a monthly rate of $240. Occasional use can be accommodated on an hourly basis.

Special childcare is available on select pupil-free and early dismissal days. Advanced registration is very important to the planning of activities and supervision. Additional information will be provided in advance of these days.
